Romantic House is a villa overlooking the splendid bay of "Porto Ulisse", near the southernmost point of Sicily. Surrounded by greenery, 1500 m2 of garden is available to guests with characteristic Mediterranean plants, olive trees, lemons, oranges and figs that guests can freely collect and enjoy. The villa is made up of 3 apartments, each with a private entrance and maximum privacy.
1 apartment on the 1st floor with exclusive terrace for 4 people, 1 apartment on the ground floor with private veranda overlooking the garden for 5 people and another apartment with its own veranda and gazebo for 3 people. In the evening guests can dine and relax enjoying the wonderful barbecue and the romantic show of the stars.
Romantic House is unique for its Mediterranean style, sinuous shapes, white and blue, symbols of calm and peace for all civilizations. It has the unforgettable flavor of beach houses and eternal summers. Mediterranean evocations, Marrakesh alleys and holidays in the Greek islands have inspired the structure and furnishings of the house, a clear reference to the sea just 800 meters from the villa.
Electricity included up to 100 kw per week, equal to 36 kw per day, additional charges of €0.50 per kw.
Romantic house is located a few kilometers from Capo Passero whose lighthouse indicates the southernmost point of Italy, considerably further south than Tunis. The coast is almost entirely made up of long sandy beaches. To the west is the port of Pozzallo from where, in almost 90 minutes by catamaran, it is possible to reach Malta. To the north the splendid baroque city of Noto, Syracuse, once the most powerful city of Magna Graecia and the Vendicari Nature Reserve, a place of beautiful uncontaminated beaches famous for the migration of flamingos and the nesting of turtles. It is an ideal place for those who love to relax and enjoy nature and the sea, more than 7 km of pristine beaches, choose your favorite corner without fear of crowds or umbrellas attached to each other. park for free and go to the beach you like best! the beaches of Porto Ulisse and Santa Maria del Focallo are "Blue Flag" for the cleanliness and transparency of the water.
