Casale del Mandorlo is an ancient farmhouse from the late 1800s, with a superb view of the Modica countryside, located between the two cities of Modica and Ragusa. Well-fenced structure surrounded by a large garden of aromatic plants and an 8x4 meter swimming pool, with a heated jacuzzi, perfectly suitable even for the coldest evenings. In 10 minutes you can reach Ragusa for breakfast, eat in luxury restaurants or have an aperitif at sunset. INTERIORS: the accommodations at Casale del Mandorlo are located in 2 buildings, all carefully restored by the expert studio of local architects. Each has a carefree and relaxed atmosphere, and together they form a private village in the Sicilian countryside, perfect for extended families and groups of friends traveling together. The main annex houses the common areas of the property, consisting of: a bright, open-space room, with dry stone walls, a fireplace that heats the living area, relaxing on a white sofa on cold winter days; immediately in front is a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table. Going up the mezzanine stairs we find the first bedroom with a single bed and immediately after a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The second structure has two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms; the latter open onto a small balcony where you can relax reading a book, being cuddled by the wind.
OUTDOORS: Casale del Mandorlo is mainly outdoors and there is no shortage of indoor and outdoor spaces where guests can enjoy the view of the green lands and flowering meadows and hedges with a wide variety of native Sicilian plants that fan out around the various accommodations, relax and meet for convivial moments.
